Ripshit technical (is an understatement) early-00’s Willowtip style deathgrind from dudes who used to be in grind band Parade of the Lifeless. Get a lot of Commit Suicide / Harakiri / Fate of Icarus / Circle of Dead Children from this stuff on one hand, and a lot of Discordance Axis / Psyopus / Lethargy / Kalibas on the other. End result is absolutely fucking dizzying. My bandmates and I used to joke that shit that sounded like this was “graphic-design-grind” back in the late 90’s/ early 00’s and that’s especially appropriate here ‘cos holy shit that album cover is hands down the coolest thing I’ve seen all year… Looks like a Dave McKean piece filtered through 90’s Japanese cyberpunk.
